Why Acai Juice is Unhealthy but Acai Powder is Good

Are All-Natural Fruit Juices Unhealthy Due to Fructose, including acai juice?

Most people think that fruit juice is healthy because it is just liquefied fruit and fruit is healthy. But...there is a problem with this reasoning. And it is scary!

Juice is the bad part of the fruit, according to expert Dr. Robert Lustig of the University of California. He says that fruit sugar (fructose) is equally bad as table sugar (sucrose) and that from a molecular perspective they are essentially the same thing.

According to Dr. Lustig there is not much difference from drinking a can of soda vs.a glass of apple juice, orange juice, etc.
